There really on top of things in my opinion, I recently ordered two of the same bouquets and out of the blue they contacted me to just make sure that I had ordered two of the same products and I comfired that yes I ordered two of the same. One was for my girlfriend and the other was for her niece whose birthday it was and Elaine's took it upon themselves to add little chocolate's to the one for the baby. I thought that was so nice of them. So thank you Elaine's. I am a very happy customer...
